No Children, No Assets Divorce – Simple and Streamlined
A divorce with no minor children and no shared assets or debts is one of the simplest types of divorce under Florida law.
This type of case typically involves spouses who agree to end their marriage and have no disputes over property, finances, or parental responsibilities.
Because there are no complex issues to resolve, the process is generally faster, more affordable, and less stressful.
In Florida, this type of uncontested divorce may qualify for a Simplified Dissolution of Marriage,
which allows both parties to file jointly and avoid a lengthy court process.
However, it’s still important to ensure all paperwork is properly prepared and filed to avoid delays or rejections by the court.

Even in a simple divorce, attorney-drafted forms ensure your rights are protected
and the process is handled correctly from start to finish.
